Our real estate company in Amsterdam was found in 2021. Our involvement in real estate is long-term and therefore very extensive. With a wide network of local real estate agents and landlords, we ensure to find a good selection of suitable accommodations for rent in Amsterdam. We are commited to your search!

Your new home in a few simple steps
1.
Upload your introduction and the documents that are required to apply for accommodation.
2.
We will contact you to run through the search process together.
3.
Once we’ve found an offer that fits your interests, we introduce your profile to the landlord. Once the landlord/landlady agrees with your profile, we schedule a viewing.
4.
If you are interested in applying for a specific accommodation, and the landlord/landlady accepts you as a tenant, we’ll ask you for a down-payment of €250. We will send you an invoice for this. (The down-payment will be deducted from the mediation costs. Please note: The down-payment will not be refunded if you cancel the process after this point.)
5.
When the down-payment has been done, the landlord/landlady starts preparing the rental agreement.
6.
We read through the rental agreement together.
7.
After both parties agree with the rental agreement, we schedule the date and time to sign it. After signing the rental agreement, you’re asked to arrange payment of the deposit to the landlord/landlady.
8.
Finally we schedule the date and time to do the check-in. You pay the rent and commission on the day you receive the keys. At the day of the check-in it is important that you have your payment ready.

The estimate is 1 to 3 weeks. There’s a possibility we find something within 1 week for you, and there’s a possibility it take a little longer. Anyways we will have daily contact with you to inform you about any updates of our search.
Yes, after you signed up, we will talk about what areas are most interesting for you, and we will adapt our search to that.
We are available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Sometimes our availability will differ from the usual opening hours, for example when a viewing is scheduled before or after our working hours. You can always send us a message by WhatsApp.
Apart from the €25 sign-up costs, you pay a commission that is equal to one month’s rent of the accommodation we have found for you. You only pay this commission when you succeed to rent an accommodation through our services. If we do not succeed to find a suitable accommodation, you do not pay us. (The commission excludes the 21% VAT)
