Our real estate company was found in 2021. Our involvement in real estate is long-term and therefore very extensive. With a wide network of local agents and landlords, we ensure to find a good selection of suitable accommodations for rent. We are commited to your search!

The estimate is 1 to 3 weeks. There’s a possibility we find something within 1 week for you, and there’s a possibility it take a little longer. Anyways we will have daily contact with you to inform you about any updates of our search.

Yes, after you signed up, we will talk about what areas are most interesting for you, and we will adapt our search to that.

We are available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Sometimes our availability will differ from the usual opening hours, for example when a viewing is scheduled before or after our working hours. You can always send us a message by WhatsApp.

Apart from the €25 sign-up costs, you pay a commission that is equal to one month’s rent of the accommodation we have found for you. You only pay this commission when you succeed to rent an accommodation through our services. If we do not succeed to find a suitable accommodation, you do not pay us. (The commission excludes the 21% VAT)
